I am commenting on the Stephanie Plum series in general. Janet Evanovich is a fantastic writer. The Stephanie Plum series is very good. They are hard to put down. If you haven't read any of her books, I highly suggest them. I can't wait for the new one.

This is a great book. It just reminds us that Customer Service is very important in any business and it shows you how to make it # 1 to keep your customers coming back. Ken Blanchard is an excellent author.
