Where Our Food Comes from: Retracing Nikolay Vavilov's Quest to End Famine by Gary Paul Nabhan
Where Our Food Comes from: Retracing Nikolay Vavilov's Quest to End Famine

Tammy McLellan, August 4, 2012

This is one of the most important books of our time. Nikolay Vavilov's work is largely unknown, and Nabhan's actions of retracing Vavilov's steps documenting changes that have taken place since his initial journey is very telling. Not only is there a need for our younger generations to learn what real food is, where it comes from, and how it is grown or raised, but there is an importance in us all understanding the origin's of this cycle as well.
