Boys That Bite by Marianne Mancusi

This is the Holy Grail of vampire comedy romance dramas. Literally.

This is the Holy Grail of vampire comedy romance dramas. Literally.

Boys That Bite takes a new perspective on this somewhat overworked genre, creating a fresh look for young adult vampire novels. Like Stephenie Meyer's Twilight, the story comes from the first person perspective, but that, and the fact that they are both vampire novels, are really the only things that the two books have in common. They are extremely different. Boys That Bite is a blast of originality, and helped me revisit a genre that I almost lost hope in. It is a witty, imaginative look at love, humor, drama, and of course, vampire. So whether you?re more a Sunny or a Rayne, this book definitely deserves a read.
