This book was suggested to me to help me gain more patience in this crazy world.
I found it very readable, the chapters short enough to read in one sitting (I'm a slow reader), and section where he discusses how our mind works are up todate (as of 2008!).
Wilks comes across as credible, wise, and humble.
As Christian in the Lutheran tradition I find it refreshing to read of Spirituality that fits with my experiences.
In my attempt to achieve balance in my life I'm using this book as a resource to help me with my spirituality.
This book makes me eager to read more of the writing of our Desert Ammas and Abbas.
