Amazing is the only way to describe this fantasy book ( which is part of a three part series) I was introduced to the film, which made me want to persue the book to read and learn more about "the others" and the Daywatchers and Nightwatchers, the book is so much better than the movie, I have read it three times since I purchased it! A must for any Tolkien, Gaiman or Rowling lover!
