An interesting blend of documentary and adventure, this book reveals Mexican politics, culture and religion as it is manifested in a remote population through the eyes of a sometimes naïve, even gullible traveler. He seems to have survived his adventure through sheer luck at times, and although it's never deathless prose, it kept me turning the pages.

I've been using this book as my veggie gardening guide for about 20 years now and I've always been pleased with my results. I just introduced my son to it and he loves it too.
However, I think that must be a typo that it's priced at $61.95...

I've been using this book as my veggie gardening guide for about 20 years now and I've always been pleased with my results. I just introduced my son to it and he loves it too.However, I think that must be a typo that it's priced at $61.95...
