This is a beautiful cookbook with lots of good thoughts on herb varieties and growing herbs, but THE FOOD!! The food is incredible!! I especially recommend: "Side of Salmon slow-roasted in dill" (my now favorite way to cook salmon- produces incredibly luscious salmon and is super handy when having guests) and "Chocolate Jasmine pot de creme". MMMmmmmm . . . . . . .
