I am a big fan Molly Katzen's Moosewood cookbook and this new one did not disappoint! Looking through the pages made me very excited to try all of the recipes and she presents very innovative ideas to prepare all the familiar vegetables as well encouraging readers to give some of the less popular vegetables another chance. For example I made the braised brussel sprouts with maple and mustard and everyone (even anti brussel sprouters) loved the dish. I think it is a great book for everyone to try, from vegetarians to those who need to make an effort to try to include more vegetables in their diet.
