Very nice book, easy to read, tells the story of a new team member and the way to sort through the dysfunctions of teams. It supports the story on a model for helping team building, included examples and concrete suggestions to overcome the five dysfunctions of a team. The last chapter details the model used.

An excellent book for those interested in personal change as a way for growth. It covers from the basics all the way up to more complex techniques (dense at some points, some of the excercise seem repetitive although it is because of precision of its objectives).
