For the last couple of years I have been seeking inexpensive solutions to manage my health issues. My daughter got this book for me and I haven’t put it down. I take it with me when I do my grocery shopping because it offers the best guide for healthy eating. Since working with the information provided I have had minimal pain. I was hesitant at first, but am glad I stuck with it.
