Fast Food Nation: The Dark Side of the All-American Meal by Eric Schlosser
Fast Food Nation: The Dark Side of the All-American Meal

aramat_s, January 6, 2007

Eric Schlosser is a very witty writer. I have loaned my copy of the book out many times. I?ve also bought copies as gifts.

The history of fast food is very interesting and thought provoking. I found the chapters on the treatment of our future chicken nugget and double cheeseburger to be disgusting.

I encourage every American to read this book and if you are so incline also read ?The Meat We Eat? and ?Food Politics?
