The Little White Horse by Elizabeth Goudge
The Little White Horse

I love this book! The description makes me want to go to Moonacre Manor, and go into Maria's room. I think that Elizabeth Goudge has captured the story of the curiosity of a young girl in a new place better than anyone. And the sightings of the little white horse only make it more magical. With every turn of the page, you find something new and exciting! Nothing could possibly be left out. This book is a new beginning to the magical world of forests, castles, and animals.

Phantom Stallion #04: Phantom Stallion #4: The Renegade
Phantom Stallion #04: Phantom Stallion #4: The Renegade

atatariel47, March 15, 2007

The Renegade is an excellant story about a young girl and her attachment to a wild horse. The setting is in Nevada, where wild horses run free, on a small ranch, River Bend. Sam, the main character has a special relationship with the wils stallion known as the Phantom. But are their midnight meetings making him too tame? The Phantom is now coming up to humans, something a wild stallion should not do! Especially if that human is dangerous. Sam is heartbroken when she hears that the Phantom might have been captured by the rodeo. Will she be able to save him? And with their relationship ever be the same?

The plot line runs smoothly into one another, you can almost feel the feelings of the character. You'll be cryig as you read on to find what happens. This is an excellant book, by an excellant author.
