The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals (Unabridged) by Michael Pollan
The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals (Unabridged)

One of the best books of any genre that I have ever listened to or read. Take the time to get the unabridged. One of the few non-fiction novels to ever draw me into a desire to stay in the car to listen to the next chapter. You will never look at the food on your table the same way.
