One of the best books of any genre that I have ever listened to or read. Take the time to get the unabridged. Pollan is an amazing writer, provocative while writing beautifully and pulling you into a story. One of the few non-fiction novels to ever draw me into a desire to stay in the car to listen to the next chapter. You will never look at the food on your table the same way.
