Classic Rock Climbs #26: Classic Rock Climbs No. 26 McConnell's Mill State Park, Pennsylvania

This is a great guide to the current and historic climbs at the Mills. Anyone who climbs and lives near Pittsburgh should have this book. The Mills is a great little area just 40 minutes north of the city.

Angels and Demons by Dan Brown
Angels and Demons

You know the saying you can't judge a book by its cover. Well I have a new one for you, you can't judge a book based on a movie.

This book is actually the first of the Robert Langdon stories written, but the second made into a movie.

The story is based on a Satanic (not in the convential sense) Cult called the Illuminati. The Illuminati or 'the englightened ones' were a group of men that felt that the church's teachings were inaccurate. They took it upone themselves to carefully and secretly fight against the church.

This story brings the Illuminati 400 years forward into present day where technology is at it's peak and the Vatican is about to select a new pope. Coincidence, I think not.

There is a race against time to see who will win the Illuminati or Robert Langdon. Only the end will tell.
