The Hobbit: Or There and Back Again

beannikki, April 7, 2008

I read this book way before j.r.r. tolkien's movies about the lord of the rings came out. my mother read it as a kid and then I read it. I loved the fantasy and imagination the book puts your mind through. It is another world but not unlike our world either. I loved it so much i read it twice.

Alice in Wonderland: And Through the Looking-Glass by Lewis Carroll
Alice in Wonderland: And Through the Looking-Glass

beannikki, April 5, 2008

This was a very imaginative story that makes you wonder if the adventures of alice really did happen . The story is way different than the cartoon and makes you wonder what other books didn't get the whole story out when put onto the big screen.

Seize the Night by Dean R Koontz
Seize the Night

beannikki, April 2, 2008

you start off by learning about the main character's strange disease that i have heard of before but didn't know the name of and then the book gets stranger and stranger. It was very apocolyptic and mysterious and once you start going into the story you don't want to put it down.
