I was lucky enough to get an advance copy of this book and it is great. I've tried quite a few recipes and they have all turned out quite well. I've even made the pork loin with apple chutney multiple times. The Nutty Pumpkin Lasagna was quite interesting. It has similar flavors to butternut squash raviolli, but it's much easier to make. The Bastilla (Morocan Meat Pie), Country Captin, Chicken Mole, and Tandorish Chicken are delicious. I liked that the book was quite diverse. There are Asian, European, Southern, Southwestern, Mexican recipes, and more to choose from.
