Amazing read for people who are into politics or just enjoy books. ?The Coup? follows a veep that is just too smart to be second in command so he goes after the inept prez. Malanowski gives a teaspoon of sugar with his medicine; while the book is light, witty and extremely comical by the time you are halfway through you realize that something this dodgy could actually happen in Washington. I wouldn?t be surprised if this ends up on Cheney?s nightstand and the next president elected surrounds himself with idiots. Thank goodness Malanowski didn?t go into politics.
