"Night" by Elie Wiesel is a intense and griping tale written in first person, by a victim and eyewitness of the atrocities of the Nazi death camps. This book was chosen by my college as a school wide project in 2008-2009 to broaden student awareness and knowledge of a true event or person. I cried many tears and applauded while reading this short and compelling tale. As the story ends, Mr. Wiesel will not let you stop feeling his tale of courage and terror. All readers will benefit from reading this book, if not for the knowledge, but for the wonderful way he keeps you bound. Read this book! I would also recommend the other two books in the series, "Dawn" and "Day". I could write a 100 great terms papers with this wonderful book!
