Mentioned by Nora Ephrom in "I Feel Bad About My Neck" and Diane Setterfield in "The 13th Tale," "The Woman in White" comes with good recommendation -- and is a great read. It is, perhaps, the first " page turner." A wonderful discovery for anyone who enjoys being transported to another time and place to become totally caught up in mystery and melodrama. It's no wonder the book has been in print continuously for 145 years.

A perfect rendering of the poignancy, pain and wry humor of being a 13-year-old boy, dealing with bullies at school and family frailities at home. In the audio book, the voice of Kirby Heyborne is perfect.
