The analysis is not necessarily too deep for many lines, but usually in sufficient depth to give you the right feel for any particular opening. One minor problem for a book of this scope is that with chess theory constantly changing and new ideas being discovered, this book can't possibly reflect all the recent discoveries so some lines can become outdated before their time.
