Recommended reading for all Total Gym and Pilates Reformer owners.
This book covers a wide range of Pilates exercises for all of the Pilates machines, plus matwork. Although some pages cover machines that typically are not owned by home users, the book is well worth the price for the section on reformer exercises alone.
Rael covers 75+ Reformer Exercises with detailed photos and descriptions. Most of the Passport exercises at Nike are covered, making this a great resource for new Passport holders who want to feel comfortable using the reformers independently.
Other sections that you'll enjoy: mat exercises, magic circle exercises, and cadillac moves that can be adapted to be performed with stretch cords.

This large format book packed with muscle-popping black and white photos of the NYC ballet corp will inspire you to want that devine dancer's body for yourself. Luckily, they've also broken down how to get there with exercises that can be done by mere mortals.

The classic moves from Joeseph Pilates, presented by NYC models. Brooke, a former model herself, knows her craft well, and she has some beautiful friends demonstrating each exercise. Done diligently, you'll look like them too. Or you could just drool over these photos ;)

Who knew muscle and tension release could be this simple? Petrone tells you exactly where to place the balls and how to breath to get relief from stiff necks, TMJ, carpal tunnel and more. This is one of those a-ha practices that'll have you wondering why everyone isn't already talking about it. Oh yeah, they are!

Schrieber weaves a gripping tale of his own 15-year remission from cancer using a very specific food plan with salient facts about dangerous shifts in the American diet over the last 75 years -- shifts that have dramatically increased our obesity and cancer rates.
Schrieber doesn't blame laziness, fast food or video games for our dietary woes. Rather, he points the finger at our propensity to take advice from companies and individuals -- dairy and meat producers, pharmaceutical companies and medical doctors -- with commercial interests at heart.
