Joy of Cooking (1997) by Marion Rombauer Becker
Joy of Cooking (1997)

crazyshells219, June 27, 2010

I'll just say it: I am not a good cook. But I want to try! And this book has so many simple recipes and detailed explanations on cooking techniques that I am inspired and motivated to pick maybe one recipe at a time and try it. I am now convinced that I will slowly but surely be able to teach myself how to cook, and actually find Joy in the process.
