This is the best homemade ice cream cookbook I have found thus far. Jeni accurately converted her ice cream recipes that she uses for her successful artisan ice cream shops into recipes you can use with your small batch ice cream maker at home. It is quite a process, but worth the end result. The directions are highly detailed and accurate, which is what the other ice cream cookbooks are lacking.
