La Sombra Del Viento/The Wind's Shadow by Carlos Ruiz Zafon
La Sombra Del Viento/The Wind's Shadow

Everyday Zen: Love and Work by Charlotte Joko Beck
Everyday Zen: Love and Work

Hey, this is a great one, it goes directly to the practice of Zen and this book told you that you don't need to be a expert of buddhism philosophy to pratice and it can be very familiar for those people that know what it's mean to go to therapy.
Really easy and clear to undertand and it's very down to earth book, you are going to enjoy

The Feeling Buddha: A Buddhist Psychology of Character, Adversity and Passion by David Brazier
The Feeling Buddha: A Buddhist Psychology of Character, Adversity and Passion

I think this book is quite good, I usually was not interested in buddhist tradition because I was thinking it's too dificult to understand for a western mind, I was more interested in the practice meditacion.
But this book makes very easy to understand the buddhist tradition psychology and I really apreciated the conexions that the author makes with western psycoteraphy
