Well done. I felt like I was sitting across the table from Ray and having a conversation. And more importantly, I felt like I was getting the straight scoop. No ego. Just straight-ahead and no-nonsense advice from a successful CEO. How often does that happen?
This is information that is valuable to anybody in any business. And, the most succinct definition of the value of design to a business that I've ever read. Highly recommend it.
