Having avidly followed the Dragons of Pern for over 30 years, I am grateful that Todd is taking over so ably from Anne McCaffrey. I could not put it down. Once again I made the mistake of starting a new McCaffrey at bedtime, and paid the price of almost no sleep, finishing it before I could nod off.
