This is a really interesting read for anyone who likes to think outside the box! Timothy Ferriss has a unique outlook on the business world and offers specific advice for readers who want to follow in his footsteps. After checking out the companion website I noticed that it seems this book is fast developing a cult following and I can definitely see why.

I've never been one to try out fad diets and I don't follow the Sonoma Diet either but this is a great cookbook! I picked it up on a whim and it has tons of tasty simple recipes that are low fat and healthy and incorporate lots of fresh ingredients. Highly recommended!
