The last of the Druids is in our modern world fighting evil when he has to and making herbal decoctions at his bookstore when he isn't. So entertaining and well written, once you read this you will have to get the rest of the books in the series.
The author makes the characters in this book come to life, you worry over them, laugh with them and shed tears for the way they are treated. Nobody should be treated the way the maids were treated.

There were times i had to put the book down to recover from the cruelty of the authors life, and others when i could not put it down as she achieved so much with her incredible intelligence and strength of character. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger is surely evident here.

An eye opener for the reality of racial prejudice. Everyone should read this book and examine their own beliefs and their ability to make changes to help others.
