Alter Ego: Avatars and Their Creators by Robbie Cooper and Julian Dibbell and Tracy Spaight
Alter Ego: Avatars and Their Creators

dodell, June 14, 2008

This brilliant work is a reflection of an ancient yearning to find our true selves. At this current time, people are compelled to delve deeply in order to extract that which is solid. The core of our essence.

Ancient Hindu illustrations by Parasara validate and calibrate this effort. People are naturally drawn to certain characteristics defining their inner being and as artists they are able to interpret the ancient yearning into a viewable form of themselves. Gender, race, or occupation appears to take a backseat to the date of birth in determining their true self.

Bravo Mr. Cooper, your work is truly an artistic exploration of self, manifested. A tool previously unavailable for millennia.

The below site has nothing for sale, I am listing it because it validates the fine work in the book.
