Rain, isn't that what Oregon is about? If that is your vision of a beautiful, green, friendly, but wet paradise, this book will be a must read. Amazingly Alan St. John has captured an entirely, for me, a "new" Oregon. It is like taking an adventurous trip to an area that previously was unknown. We are moving to Oregon soon and what excitement and anticipation we are experiencing looking forward to an area we hadn't even realized existed. And close enough to the refreshing rain and hustle bustle of the city if we go through withdraw.
