I kept reading well into the early hours of the morning just to get my fix of this enchanting love story. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves the olden days with twists and turns when it comes to love one never would has thought happened to the prim and proper. A real page turner and well worth anyone's time who loves love!

From the first page of the book, the entire story became complicated and beautifully interwoven between characters that I couldn't help but be sucked in and become addicted to the novel. In fact, I have read each book in this series and have thoroughly enjoyed each one since the characters are found in each. For me, the idea of having such a dark and deep 'other' male character who denies himself everything is a spectacular start. Then bring in a seemingly plain and human woman to bring him to 'life' and the story just becomes juicy and completely interesting! This book is filled with obstacles for our two main characters in their hot and heavy romance as well as in their survival! Read and find out why this book is one of my favorites! =)
