Ficciones by Jorge Luis Borges

eugenio raffo, February 9, 2013

Being into reading science, history, technical books, non-fiction in general, JORGE LUIS BORGES is the exception: only fiction literature to read for me.
My first times reading Borges, in my late teens, there was a feeling of entering the metaphysical, like being high without smoking or taking anything: the inventiveness, the unexpected, the analogies, use of the language(s)..., he was a master at it, di master.
My personal impresion: undoubtedly the greatest imagination to have passed through this planet.
My favorite writer, nobody even close.
