Engler's ideas are intelligent, interesting, and extremely relevant. His style is very clear and accessible. "How to Rule the World" is highly recommended reading for anyone concerned about US foreign policy and the global economy.
It's clear to me from the previous poster's comment that he hasn't read the book. Given his apparent preference for small government, he would likely find common ground with the critiques of the WTO, World Bank, etc. the book presents.
