I did not read the whole book, only the excerpt.
I think I remember the author from the Police Academy Housing Class of 95 from gym.
I must say that reading the few paragraphs I did it was A very accurate account of the job.
I worked at the quieter PSA 8, the only other PSA in the Bronx, covering the North and East Bronx and find the experiences are very similar.
