I loved this book! As this was my second book of go I can say that I had a huge advantage over my friends that were learning the game at the same time I was. This book covers a little of everything from Fuseki, Joseki, Attack & Defense, counting liberties, endgame, and even Tesuji. A great book for someone that is looking for a Go book that covers all of the fundamentals.
Great Job!

A great Go problem book, and the first in the series to really challenge me. While the first two books will have you thinking 2-3 moves deep, many of the problems in this book will have you thinking 4-6 moves deep. Much more challenging. While I am not single digit player yet, this book's skill rating seems very accurate 12-6 kyu.

Another great Go problem book. This one picks up right where Volume 1 left off. There are a few tricky problems in this book but again, it is really written for the beginner. It says that these problems are written for 25kyu - 12 kyu, but I think a more realistic view is from 25 - 18. Some of the problems are difficult, but not THAT difficult.

This is an amazing problem book for those just learning how to play go. Solving life and death problems is said to be the fastest way of improving your game. Well this book offers 239 basic problems that will challenge a new player. This book should be avoided by anyone who has played go for more than a month or two though as the problems are very basic.

This is a great book for beginners, especially after reading your first Go book. Like many beginning players sitting down to an empty Go board is very intimidating. Of course you know that you should play the corners first, but then what? How do you know where to play? This book gives a fantastic introduction to opening play known as Fuseki. I recommend this book to everyone that is getting interested in this most amazing game.
