His book carefully documents the illusion of democracy that exists today, and how the convergence of government, corporations and the military have taken away real democracy, i.e. democracy no longer exists in America. As well as the complicity of the media in substituting illusion for reality. Today our political system has beome a culture that rewards hypocrisy and irresponsibility rather than serious efforts to solve America’s problems.
