What a great cookbook! I find it difficult to eat locally with a busy schedule and busy family, so this book helped me tremendously! I especially love how Ivy Manning seperated the chapters for seasonal eating (as I discussed with a friend, a tomato in the winter will probably be from a hot house in who-knows-where and have zero taste to boot!)
