We are so anxious to read this book and send it on to my sister. In the 60's, she was dating (her soon to be husband) and wanted to make him a little jealous. And that she did. She called his brother and let (only) him in on her secret that she was going to SEND HERSELF ROSES and there would be no signature on the card. Well, it must have worked, because he kept asking, and she kept shrugging her shoulders and soon afterwards they were engaged and then married quite happily with 5 children to follow.
