Since I own all of the books by M.Kamman and have gone through several"The Making of a Cook" as gifts and in my own culinary
adventures,this is a book that is delightfully about her life in France. You can read her great love her family,about regions of France and the food thereof.
When I worked as a chef in Edgartown, Ma, I often made her Quartre Glaces a la Puree de Fraises, in fact I was known for them and proud of givng her credit on the menus.
