I cannot think of a more timely and important book. Right now I, like 100,000's of others, am wondering "where do we go from here?". Our economy has run on fossil fuels for generations. we are now seeing the consequences. It's time for a dramatic shift. The economic crisis paired with the climate crisis paints a daunting picture. Yet the themes and ideas held in "The Green Collar Economy" bring real and tangible solutions, stories of hope that show a sustainable and just future for our country is possible, and it's possible now! I just bought one I can't wait to read it!!
