I just "met" Richard Rubin today, encountering his "A Mass Appeal" in AARP Magazine (March/April 2008). I'll have to clean up the macaroni I laughed all over the kitchen later. Right now I'm busy looking for anything he's ever written.
As for "Confederacy of Silence", having read the excerpt.........I probably won't have to go to Mississippi to see for myself. Richard Rubin will have brought it to me.
I haven't read in years. He just changed that.
