Toro Bravo: Stories. Recipes. No Bull. by John Gorham and Liz Crain
Toro Bravo: Stories. Recipes. No Bull.

A wonderful restaurant and now a cookbook! I am very excited to get Chef Gorham and Ms. Crain's new book and start trying out the recipes and serving my family the dishes for which Toro Bravo is so rightly famous! I've been reading Ms. Crain's contributions to Portland Monthly and she has a very friendly and readable style and Chef Gorham is a local star. I recommend this book to anyone hip to the hot Portland food scene, those who enjoy Spanish 'small plates', people who like to entertain, or folks who want a to spice up their cooking repertoire.
