Who's That Knocking on Christmas Eve? by Jan Brett
Who's That Knocking on Christmas Eve?

irishrose2112, December 14, 2008

I teach special needs children with intellectual disabilities and autism. While reading it, we used the big book version and I over emphasized the "Knock Knock" section and used it as a repeated like. We sang it like a rhyme. My kids really got into it and the two that are verbal have started going around and saying it all the time. We have read the book 6 times now and they know the book by sight and know that it is the "knockety knock" book. We love it.
