I am a professional astrologer from Indonesia and find that this book is very interesting. This book is the first of its kind. Based on the information of this book, we can solve any crimes using astrology. First we make the astrological chart of the event and check the interaction between the heavenly bodies such as asteroids. Then we can do profiling of the criminals personality using their birthcharts to find some clues. What is amazing the name of the victims can be revealed by the name of asteroids that exist in the criminal's birth chart (near angles, such as ascendant, descendant, MC, and IC). This is also true by the victims. For example in the birth chart of Lee Harvey Oswald (shooter of ex President Kennedy) asteroid Kennedy an Fitzgerald is also prominent.
Asterology can help us also to find missing people. But I think the information of this book is very little and too many pages are dedicated to ephemeris. So the real infomation is actually no so much. I hope that Dave can write more about this topic.

It works by measure for example the degree between your natal Sun or Yupiter toward Midheaven of Nadir The sample is the horoscope of Queen Victoria of England. By measure the degree between her natal Yupiter and Midheaven, we can predict the accession year of the queen acurately. The second example is Queen Elizabeth II (also from England). By the case of Elizabeth II we measure the degree between her natal Sun and her Nadir or IC.
One degree represents one year. So if the result is 33 degree. It means that something important will happen in age 33.
Besides that the book also teaches us about tertiary progression and the using of midpoints. It is quite interesting and we shouldn't miss this book. It is a must for a practical astrologer.
