This book is an excellent tool that I wish every person who works with women in labor would memorize. I used a lot of the suggestions myself during my third labor with my third posterior baby. With the knowledge I gained from this book and the help of my good doctor, my third baby was the first one to be born anterior. She finally turned twenty minutes before birth. If my previous caregivers had learned how to care for dystocic labors with malpositioned babies like mine, perhaps my first two labors and births would have been less damaging to me. This is a great book!
