Five stars. This book was beautifully written with characters that have real depth and emotion. I could not put this book down. Highly recommended.

An amazing debut novel. This was a real page turner that kept me so involved I almost missed my stop on the subway. I can't wait to see what Laura McHugh writes next.

How the Light Gets In (Chief Inspector Gamache Novel #9) by Louise Penny
How the Light Gets In (Chief Inspector Gamache Novel #9)

Another wonderful mystery in the Gamache/Three Pines series. Louise Penny keeps getting better and better. Reading this book was like getting together with old friends. I slowed down when reading it because I didn't want it to end and have to wait another year to see the characters again.

Truth in Advertising is laugh out loud funny and touching at the same time. A great debut novel!
