An outstanding read. First chapter on exercise will blow you
couch potatoes away. Written in language you can understand.
Much of the book is about how we learn and the best conditions
for learning.

All the latest in brain research in language one can understand. The first chapter, on exercise, will blow all you couch potatoes away. Then, there is great information on how we learn and what the best conditions for learning and remembering are. I recommend it highly!!

I have been looking for a clear and concise guide to foods that will help
me change my pH from acid to alkaline, and, thereby, hopefully, help my
body start growing new bone again to combat osteoporosis. This author
presents the whole picture of what occurs when we consume too many
acid foods and are unbalanced. Too many books on this subject are simply ads for all the supplements that the authors want to sell you.
This first explains the theory and then presents a great list of foods in both categories: acid and alkaline and lets you make a choice.
