Karin Knight's book, 1,2,3, Cook for Me, should be in the kitchen of every family's home. This country has an epidemic of poor nutrition for our children. Our children eat too much of what they should not be eating and too little of what they should be eating. If this excellent book were used, our children would be healthier and they would learn proper nutrition that would keep them healthier as adults.
This book is well-researched and well written. The advice for parents is appropriate and important. The menus are written plainly and with the intent that healthy and appealing meals for children can be prepared without difficulty. I highly recommend this book to all parents of young children. This book should also be read by all those in the medical profession that care for children.
