I just finished reading the last installment of the Harry Potter series. I am very impressed with Rowling's ability to appeal to both younger and older readers alike with this fantastic story. I'm not sure if she can top the Potter tale, but I do hope there's more to come from this author.

Master of the Game by Sidney Sheldon
Master of the Game

The best Sidney Sheldon book, in my opinion. The whole story is so suspenseful and each character is just as important as any other. Like many of his books, this one is also somewhat educational; the reader learns fascinating facts about diamond fields in South Africa. I've read it quite a few times.

This book was a lot of fun. It held my interest well and kept the story fresh throughout. All in all, I thought it was a great read.

The Catcher in the Rye by J D Salinger
The Catcher in the Rye

This has been my favorite book for years. I think one of the main reasons I'm so fond of this book is that I feel that I can somewhat relate to the main character, Holden Caulfield. There is such humor and relevance in his story.
