As expected the author Doc Macomber does his research and development to combine a strong plot with plenty of characters to go around. Definitely something for everyone. After writing two preceeding books involving detective Jack, third time is the charm and makes this an unforgettable work. Easy read from chapter one all the way through even for me (a guy with a short attention span). This is a novel that will be compared to his previous works and will find itself at the top of the list. Doc throws away any formula and just writes a winner.

Looking for an adventure joined in reality this will do the trick. By following an unlikely Asian hero cop (Jack Vu) this story takes you places and you learn a few things along the way. Author Doc Macomber walks along the "gray areas" in our world and doesn't pretend to sell you right or wrong just how it was and how it is today. I could see this being made into a movie as I read it the visual descriptions and action played out in my head. Guns, girls, love, travel and motorcycles what more could you want.
